Business ID cards are often used by businesses operating in large buildings or corporate offices, where employees do not necessarily know everyone in the building. This is also common in shared offices or government buildings. Make your own ID card for your office for free by using common office supplies. If you are creating one at your office, ensure that you have your manager or supervisor's permission. Creating a business ID card can be done relatively fast, if all of the supplies and tools are readily available. Difficulty: Moderately Easy Instructions Things You'll Need:
* Picture * Scanner, if applicable * Laminate paper * Laminating machine * String * Hole punch
Open a text document using your word-processing program. Using the shapes available, insert a vertical line down the middle of your document to create two columns. Use the rulers as your guide, if applicable.
Insert a second line going horizontally across the center of the page. Use the side ruler as your guide to create four equally large squares. There can be one ID card in each square, so this particular example provides you with four ID cards.
Type the title "Business ID Card" at the top of each square. Use a large font, such as size 18 or 20, so the name is visible from a distance. If you know the name of the person who will be wearing the business ID card, type the name under the title. Create generic ID cards for guests by typing "Guest" instead of a specific name.
Type the name of the business you are working at underneath the person's name. Keep the font as large as 18 or 20 for visibility. If the person will be walking around in a building where there are many businesses, the name of the company on the ID card may help identify an individual who is randomly walking around the office.
Insert a picture of the person into your document and drag it to the middle of the appropriate square. If you need, scan the employee's picture into your computer first. A photo helps determine whether someone is wearing a legitimate ID card, enhancing workplace security.
Print the business ID cards on your printer. Four cards will print on one standard page. Wrap laminate paper around the entire page, and put the laminate paper and ID card sheet through a laminating machine. Let the laminate paper cool down before continuing.
Cut the business ID cards out using scissors or a paper cutter, so you have four laminated business ID cards. Use the lines made in steps 1 and 2 as your guide when cutting. Cut just inside the lines, so there are no lines at the edges of the cards.
Punch a hole in each business ID cards, in middle of the top. Insert the string through the hole and tie a knot on the string. The business ID cards are now ready to be worn.
When it comes to business, negotiation is both a crucial and a delicate tactic. Negotiation by committee is usually the realm of business mergers and acquisitions. Identify the goals of the committee and the negotiation process. Negotiation is the means to an end. Before getting started, the committee should come to a consensus about what that end should be. Recruit advisors. These advisors should be confident, skillful, and ready to assist with any sensitive or large-scale issues encountered during negotiations. Advisors might be necessary for aspects of negotiation such as financial evaluation, legal or tax issues and regulatory agreements.
Address each issue one by one, breaking down complex topics into smaller, manageable units. Negotiations by committee are at an advantage for this strategy. Isolating each issue means that each small issue cannot tamper with the process of resolving more contentious issues.
Avoid a conflict of interest. Having a variety of voices on the committee will help avoid these conflicts, but the committee should ensure their decision is based on the merits of its consequences-- such as the corporate merits of an acquisition -- rather than outside influences from commentators or politicians.
Operate under the principle that "nothing is agreed until everything is agreed." This makes the negotiation committee independent but also flexible, able to adapt its decisions more easily throughout the negotiation process.

Here are 10 tips for saving money while living on a tight budget and still get what you want.
Grocery shop more often with a list
One of the best ways to save money is to make a grocery list for a one time trip to the store every week.
We live on a tight budget about thirty miles away from a big city. Because of this, most would say we should travel to the city once or twice a month. There are several reasons we don't take their advice. One, I've got to get out and do something once in a while to keep my sanity. Two, we've been saving more money by doing our grocery shopping once a week.
I hate lists - really really hate them. I don't like to follow them and I don't like to make them - but there came a point when I just had to do it. I had a very limited budget and still do plus I like to buy other things besides just food. In order to make the transition from making unlimited money to a fixed budget, I had to adjust.
Here's what I did:
I looked online for a list to fit my budget of $100. I didn't want just a bunch of suggestions, I wanted a list with figures! So I just searched the internet for a few minutes, found a list that worked for me with a few adjustments and there it was. I tried it once and now I use it all the time. I spend between $75 and $100 every week on groceries now and have the rest of the money for other things.
I don't normally use coupons because the store brands tend to be cheaper even with the coupon. You'll have to know your store and only buy when things are on sale. Some great ways to save money on groceries are to check out the day old baked goods and the discounted meat. We've also substituted ground turkey for hamburger and at $1.18 per pound, it is a much better option. Sometimes you an save money on coffee by buying it in the brick. I just bought a brick of Folgers for $3 compared to the same amount in a can for $6. That was half off at WalMart SuperCenter. There's also a 5 lb. ham under $8 which is cheaper than getting a beef roast.
The last article I posted had all kinds of responses and confusion and was my beginning on this journey to freedom so I have decided to do a more comprehensive follow-up with new and exciting methods.
Now don't mistake this for legal information, I am not a lawyer and this is advice meant to educate us all on how to avoid the legal process and how to stay out of court.
Where to start? Let's start with the existing NOTICE method (notice the capitol letters in the word NOTICE, it is important, I will explain later.) This method is called discharging a notice by way of seeking clarification.
The NOTICE is the attempt to put you in the courts legal jurisdiction. You have 72 hours to respond to any legal document before it 'cures'. I am going to forgo the explanations of all of the legal words and just give the methods for the sake of space and time.
The procedure for Discharging a NOTICE by way of seeking clarification is to type a letter to the address on the ticket where mail and payments would go. The letter should have a standard format such as follows:

Central Board of Excise and Customs or CBEC is the governing authority of India that exercises the right to formulate and implement policies related to the Import export trade.
