Sign in to Blogger. After having made your group in Google groups, you will have to sign in to your Blogger account and select the setting tab option there. The 'email tab' will then appear and the "blog send" option will also appear. Just click this option and type in your Google group email address.

There are also other methods in which you can create your blogger mailing list, but using Google is the easiest and most convenient way.
